擴(kuò)漲機(jī)是車輪生產(chǎn)中的專用設(shè)備，用于擴(kuò)漲輪輞焊縫處理后產(chǎn)生的型變量，從而得到符合尺寸要求的輪輞.兩臺(tái)擴(kuò)漲機(jī)左右列置，共用一套液壓系統(tǒng),其中小擴(kuò)張模架擴(kuò)漲范圍φ190.8-φ350,大擴(kuò)漲模架擴(kuò)漲范圍φ350-φ408.9.
The expanding machine is a special equipment in wheel production. It is used to expand the deformation after the processing on rim welding seam, so as to get the rim that meets the size requirements. The two expanding machines are placed on the left and right sides, sharing a set of hydraulic system. The expanding range of the smaller expanding unit isφ190.8-φ350, and the expanding range of the bigger one is φ350-φ408.9.
